In this video, I am playing Destiny 2 on the Nvidia GeForce Now game streaming service – all on my MacBook Pro. MacOS isn’t well known for gaming, so a lot of game devs and publishers do not release native Mac clients. With Nvidia GeForce Now, it now doesn’t matter! You get a virtual Windows PC in Nvidia’s cloud, and you stream the game down to your local machine (be it a Mac, mobile device or just a low end PC). The service does have its issues that need to be worked out, but overall, I like it. I think it will really be a solid service in a few months, once Nvidia is able to work out the kinks.
